If you are unable to complete the application online, please print this document and write your code on the application, before submitting. Be advised that applications received without a confirmation code will not be accepted here.

Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year will open on January 1st. If you wish to apply, please make arrangements to attend one of the school’s information sessions. During these sessions, you will receive a confirmation code that will allow you to access the school’s application. Please note that starting January 1st, you will also need a confirmation code to apply for the remainder of the 2011-2012 school year, therefore, attending an information session is also required.

All application submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment. The Open Enrollment period opens on January 1, 2012 and closes on February 28, 2012. If the number of applications submitted within this period of time exceeds the number of available seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school.

After February 28th, applications will continue to be accepted and admission will be offered based on the order in which the application is received. If your application was not submitted within the Open Enrollment window or if your application was not selected in the lottery, your application will be positioned on the waitlist in the order in which it was received.

Join us at any of the following Information Sessions to learn about our outstanding school, The Cambridge Advanced Program of Study for grades 2-8, extra curricular activities, ask questions and receive a tour of the building.

Lottery Process

In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available seats, a random lottery will be held. If a lottery is required the date that the lottery will be processed will be announced and the results posted on the school website. Please note that the lottery is both system generated and random.

Registration

Prior to the start of school families will be provided with a registration package and instructions for each child who has received an offered seat.

Tour our School

Parent/student tours are available by appointment or you may join us on any Wednesday at 9:00am in our school lobby. Our Registrar, Theresa Henderson, will be happy to schedule a tour with you. Please call her with any Enrollment/Registration questions at 239-995-0904 ext 124.
